1. Orders & Bookings

All takeaway orders and catering bookings placed with Nastakain are subject to availability and acceptance. For large catering bookings, orders must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event date to secure your date and ensure stock availability.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment for takeaway orders is required upon order confirmation. For catering services, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to delivery or collection.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Takeaway Orders: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to collection or delivery will receive a full refund or store credit.

• Catering Orders: Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event will receive a refund minus the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to pre-purchased ingredients and custom prep time.

4. Collection & Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is present to receive the order at the agreed time. Nastakain is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

5. Shelf Life & Quality

Our desserts are prepared without artificial preservatives. For optimal taste and freshness, we recommend consuming brownies, cupcakes, and cookies within 2–3 days of receipt and storing them in an airtight container at room temperature (unless refrigerating is specified).
