set up and describe delivery exactly as follows:
- Free delivery on every order. Remove the £3.50 fee, the “free over £25” rule and the £15 minimum order (the smallest order is now a box, from £11.50).
- Delivery days: Wednesday and Friday only, between 11am and 6pm. Order cut-offs: 6pm Monday for Wednesday delivery, 6pm Wednesday for Friday delivery. Checkout must ask the customer to choose a delivery day and must not offer a day whose cut-off has passed.
- Delivery only: remove or disable any Collection / Local Pickup option at checkout.
- Delivery area: orders are available within 5–10 miles of B70. The core area is West Bromwich, Oldbury, Smethwick, Tipton and Wednesbury (postcode districts B70, B71, B66, B67, B68, B69, DY4 and WS10). Please restrict checkout by postcode district; I will send the final list covering the full 5–10 mile area (see Section 4). Customers outside the area should see a clear message that we don’t deliver there yet.
- Chilled and ambient items: Leche Flan (including the flans in the Sharing Box) is delivered chilled with an ice pack, and the Delivery page and order email must tell customers to refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. Puto is an ambient product and is delivered at room temperature; customers can chill it for storage once bought. Brownies and peanuts are ambient. See change 26 for the full care instructions.
